Poached eggs

Poached eggs consist of a liquid egg yolk surrounded by congealed egg white. They are vacuum-packed per piece. These eggs are suited for catering establishments because they save time, are easy to prepare and guarantee constant quality.

Poached eggs are easily heated in the vacuum-packaging in the oven or au bain marie, ensuring that they stay nice and runny and hygienic.
