Vegetable flan


  • 300g celeriac
  • 300g carrots
  • 400g Cocovite scrambled egg mix
  • 85g horseradish paste
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cl milk or cream


Cook the carrots and celeriac in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and blend in the blender. Add the Cocovite scrambled egg mix and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the flan mixture into heat-resistant ramekins. Place the ramekins in a flat oven dish filled with hot water. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 100°C.
