Crêpe Calzone with banana and gianduja


  • 85 g pancake mix
  • 1 banana
  • 20 g chocolate gianduja
  • Toothpicks


Bake your pancake. Cut the banana into slices and lay them over one half of the pancake. Sprinkle the slices of banana with finely chopped chocolate. Fold the pancake over the banana and pin it shut with a few toothpicks. Heat it in the oven for four minutes at 160°C. Before you serve the Calzone pancake, remove the toothpicks.
